Description
We love this wooden MINI-UFO disk with famous quotes on each of the two sides of the disk, from Louisa May Alcott and Frederick Douglass. The bright and decorative light will appeal to all who enjoy a good read.
The design of the disk is the work of Pemberley Pond who are best known for the cover of children's books such as "Goodnight Stories for Rebel Girls".
Playful and fun, the Frederick Douglass side is light brown and blue. The Louisa May Alcott Jackson side is a solid black with light blue and red highlights.
Louisa May Alcott's is quoted on one side - "Some books are so familiar that reading them is like being home again". The quote selected from Douglass Frederick is "Once you learn to read you will be forever free."
Produced in Italy to high standards, these two-sided UFO lampshades are unique and made from durable poplar. The saucers are 12cm in diameter.
Other disk, cable colours and author combinations are available in this range.
Please be aware that a cord, light bulb and lamp holder are not included.
