Returns and refunds

Can I return the products I purchased?

If you changed your mind about the order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you received your products. The order can be returned partly or in full.

All products must be returned to Creative-Cables intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging. Right of withdrawal does not apply to tailored or visibly customised products, including the ones made using the configurator.

How can I ask for a refund or a return?

You can submit a return request from your account. Go to “My account”, where you will find the section “My return requests”. Then click on “Submit new request” and insert your order reference. If you’re unsure about the order reference you will find it in the “My orders” section in your account.

How can I return the package?

Through the 'My return requests' section, proceed by downloading and applying the shipping label to the package. Once this phase is completed, you will be ready to make the return by going to one of the courier pickup points close to your location.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Once the returned products are received at the warehouse and their condition and integrity have been verified, we will initiate the refund (still within 30 days from the date of receipt). You can monitor the status of your request at any time in the 'My return requests' section.

Creative Cables will deduct an amount equal to the outbound shipping cost incurred.

 If you returned the entire order and had previously covered all shipping expenses at the time of purchase, those costs will be fully refunded as well.

We won’t be able to issue a refund until all products have been received and verified. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during the order.

In which cases will I not receive a refund?

Below are listed the cases in which no refund is provided:

  • Expired terms: You have up to 14 days to change your mind about the entire order or even just a part of it.

  • Customised products: all customised orders or those created using the configurator.

  • Unauthorised shipments: shipments managed independently by the customer without a request through the return form and without coordination with the designated courier.

  • In-store returns: returns of online orders made at Creative-Cables stores are not accepted.
