Installation of the products
To strip a fabric-covered electrical cable, you will need adhesive tape, a pair of scissors, and optionally a wire stripper.
- Cut a piece of adhesive tape and wrap it around the fabric-covered cable you want to strip, about two centimeters from the end. This will prevent the fabric from fraying when you strip the cable.
- Using the scissors, cut the cable near the adhesive tape. Make sure to cut only the fabric and the plastic sheath, without touching the electrical wires inside. The electrical wires should now be exposed. Remove the fabric and plastic sheath to reveal the electrical wires.
- Finally, to remove the plastic sheath from the electrical wires and expose the metal strands, you can use a wire stripper to cut the sheath. Alternatively, using the scissors, you can apply slight pressure on the sheath. This should allow you to remove it and expose the metal strands.
Creative-Cables products must be handled by qualified personnel and installed safely, ensuring to cut off the centralized power supply during installation.
All components and lamps from Creative-Cables are certified compliant with current safety standards.
All products sold on the Creative-Cables website are covered by a 2-year warranty.
The 2x cables have two copper conductors inside: one for the Line phase (brown) and one for the Neutral phase (blue). Most of the sockets from Creative-Cables on the site consist of a cover of the chosen finish and an internal thermoplastic socket that requires a 2x cable.
The 3x cables have three copper conductors inside: one for the Line phase (brown), one for the Neutral phase (blue), and one for the Earth phase (yellow/green). The Earth phase conductor should be used for sockets that do not contain non-conductive components, such as our double-ended metal sockets.
If you changed your mind about the order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you received your products. The order can be returned partly or in full.
All products must be returned to Creative-Cables intact, in unaltered conditions and complete with the original packaging. Right of withdrawal does not apply to tailored or visibly customised products, including the ones made using the configurator.
Payment and shipping
Payment can be made using the major popular online payment methods: credit card, bank transfer PayPal, or installment payment with Scalapay, Apple pay, and Google pay.
Basic Service: Your order will be prepared within 48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery will take approximately 2 - 4 working days.
Premium Service: Preparation is priority. Your order will be prepared the same day if you placed it by 12pm, the next day if you complete it after 12pm. Delivery will take place in 2 - 4 days.
Remember: with bank transfer, shipping times may be longer, because we will provide you with the payment details via email upon order confirmation and preparation will only begin after crediting.
Do you want to buy more than 10 lamps? We may need a couple of extra days to prepare them, since we assemble them by hand once we receive the order. Contact us if you need super quick preparation!

Feedback
Once the returned products are received at the warehouse and their condition and integrity have been verified, we will initiate the refund (still within 14 days from the date of receipt). You can monitor the status of your request at any time in the 'My return requests' section.
We won’t be able to issue a refund until all products have been received and verified. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during the order.
Creative-Cables will deduct a fee for handling the return request. The handling fee is usually equal to the lowest shipping price, for more information click here
In the event that the product you have received is incorrect or delivered damaged, the order can be returned in its entirety and will be fully refunded.
