How can I pay?
Buy with complete peace of mind, we offer various secure and flexible payment methods. In all countries where we ship, you can choose to pay with PayPal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay . Furthermore, in countries where these are available, you can also choose Bancontact, Belfius, iDEAL, Sofort Banking and Trustly as payment methods.
Do you want to defer payment? With Scalapay (only available for some countries) you can divide the amount into 3 interest-free installments. Go to the dedicated section to find out more.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Fast Service: Your order will be prepared within 48 hours of receiving payment. Delivery will take approximately 3 - 5 working days.
Premium Service: Preparation is priority. Your order will be prepared the same day if you placed it by 12pm, the next day if you complete it after 12pm. Delivery will take place in 2 - 4 days.
Remember: with bank transfer, shipping times may be longer, because we will provide you with the payment details via email upon order confirmation and preparation will only begin after crediting.
Do you want to buy more than 10 lamps? We may need a couple of extra days to prepare them, since we assemble them by hand once we receive the order. Contact us if you need super quick preparation!
