De bestelling kan gedeeltelijk of volledig worden geretourneerd. Alle producten moeten intact, in ongewijzigde staat en compleet met de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd aan Creative-Cables. Het herroepingsrecht is niet van toepassing op op maat gemaakte of zichtbaar aangepaste producten, waaronder die gemaakt zijn met de configurator.
